Service Terms

These Service Terms ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of link building services ("Services") provided by SaaS Backlinks ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to our Services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
We provide monthly link building services for B2B SaaS companies. Services include:
High-authority backlink placements (60-90+ DR sites)
Dedicated strategist assigned to your account
Competitor backlink analysis
Manual outreach to relevant publishers
Monthly link monitoring and free replacement
The number of links delivered per month depends on your selected plan (Starter, Growth, or Scale).
2. Service Plans
Starter: $3,000/month - 4 high-DR links per month
Growth: $5,000/month - 8 high-DR links per month
Scale: $10,000/month - 20 high-DR links per month
Custom: Larger projects at custom rates
All plans include the same service quality and features. The only difference is link volume.
3. Payment Terms
Services are billed monthly in advance via Stripe
Payment is due on the 1st of each month
First payment must be received before service commencement
All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as stated in Section 7
Failed payments may result in service suspension
4. Service Delivery
Timeline:
Onboarding and strategy: Days 1-7
First links delivered: Days 8-30
Monthly reporting: By day 30 of each month
What you receive:
Agreed number of links per your plan
Monthly report with all placements, DR scores, and anchor text
Real-time notifications as links go live
5. Link Quality Standards
We deliver:
Editorial placements on sites with 60-90+ Domain Rating
Links from sites relevant to the SaaS industry
Natural anchor text approved by publishers
Placements that comply with Google's Webmaster Guidelines
We do not guarantee:
Specific anchor text (controlled by publishers)
Exact DR scores (we target 60-90+ range)
Placement on specific sites you request
Ranking improvements or traffic increases
6. Link Monitoring & Replacement
All links are monitored monthly
If a link is removed or the page goes down, we replace it for free
Replacement links will be of comparable quality (similar DR and relevance)
No additional charge for replacements, ever
7. Refund Policy
First Month:
If we fail to deliver the agreed number of quality links in your first month, you may request a full refund
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of payment
In the event of a refund, all links built will be removed
After First Month:
Services are non-refundable
You may cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice (see Section 8)
No refunds for partial months
Important: Link building does not guarantee ranking improvements or traffic increases. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control (content quality, technical SEO, competition, algorithm changes). Services are considered delivered when agreed links are placed, regardless of ranking outcomes.
8. Cancellation
Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice to hello@saasbacklinks.com.
If you cancel:
Service continues through the end of your current billing period
No refund for the current month
All delivered links remain in place (we don't remove them)
Link monitoring continues for 30 days post-cancellation
If we cancel:
You receive 30 days' notice
Prorated refund for unused portion of current month
All links remain in place with 30-day monitoring
9. Client Responsibilities
You must:
Provide accurate business and website information
Have an active website with published content
Have basic technical SEO in place (site loads properly, no major errors)
Provide timely responses to strategist requests (within 5 business days)
Have linkable content on your site (blog posts, resources, tools, etc.)
We reserve the right to pause or terminate service if:
Your website becomes inaccessible
You fail to provide required information after multiple requests
Your site violates Google's guidelines or contains illegal content
You engage in abusive behavior toward our team
10. Service Modifications
By You:
You may upgrade/downgrade plans with 15 days' notice
Changes take effect on your next billing date
No refunds for plan downgrades
By Us:
We may modify pricing with 60 days' notice
Existing clients are grandfathered for 12 months
We may discontinue services with 90 days' notice and provide prorated refund
11. Confidentiality
We keep all client information confidential and do not share:
Your business details
Your website/backlink data
Strategic information
We may use anonymized data for:
Internal performance tracking
Public case studies (with your written permission only)
12. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your website content
We retain rights to our processes, tools, and methodologies
Reports and analysis we provide are licensed to you for internal use only
13. Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that:
Services will be performed in a professional manner
Links will be from real, editorial sites (no PBNs or link farms)
We will deliver the agreed number of links per month
We do NOT warrant:
Specific ranking improvements
Traffic increases
Lead generation or revenue growth
That links will remain live indefinitely (though we replace for free)
Immunity from Google penalties (though we follow best practices)
SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the most recent month
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
We are not liable for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
We are not liable for Google penalties, ranking drops, or algorithm changes
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from:
Your website content
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
False or misleading information you provide
16. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Disputes: Any disputes will be resolved through:
Good-faith negotiation (30 days)
Mediation (if negotiation fails)
Binding arbitration in Auckland, New Zealand (if mediation fails)
You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect:
Immediately for new clients
30 days after notice for existing clients
Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SaaS Backlinks. They supersede any prior agreements or communications.

20. Electronic Acceptance
By subscribing to our Services through Stripe, you electronically accept these Terms. Your subscription constitutes a legally binding electronic signature.
